  • V současné době je v automobilovém průmyslu pro výrobu karosérií používána široká škála různých druhů plechů. Zkoušky těchto plechů se ovšem provádí za zcela odlišných podmínek, než kterým jsou tyto materiály vystaveny při skutečném zatěžování. Při pohybu automobilu a jeho následném nárazu do překážky dochází k vysokým rychlostem deformací namáhaných dílů. Klasické zkoušky se provádí za rychlostí deformací o mnoho nižších. V této oblasti je velká mezera na poli zkoušek materiálů a je tedy nutné přiblížit se metodikou zkoušení co možná nejvíce reálným podmínkám. Jedině pak bude možné objektivně posuzovat zvolené materiály z hlediska jejich vhodnosti použití pro daný díl automobilové karosérie. (cs)
  • Nowadays is using, in car industry for production superstructure, quite a number of different sorts of sheet metals. Mechanical exams of these materials are proceeded in different conditions, than through really straining. When car is movement and when it clash into the impediment so his superstructure is deformated by high strain rate. Classic exams are making by very lower strain rates. There is a big problem in this section of mechanical exams that's why we must practise these exams by high strain rate. Only after we will have actual valuations for objective appreciation several materials, we will only able to measure pertinence other materials for construct a several part of superstructure.
