  • Welding simulations are more frequently used at this time. This submission want to show, haw simulations can help by creating of right technological welding procedure specification (WPS). It means not onely choosing of welding parameters, but mainly needs of preheat, heat or interpass temperature value. Iron aluminide Fe3Al was choosen as a basic material. Weldability of this material is rather complicated because of their specific properties. That’s the reason why this material was used for simulations computations as an exemplar.

  • Předmětem tohoto příspěvku je nastínit postup při analýze kritických míst svařovacího procesu simulačními programy, zejména pak programem SYSWELD. To znamená za pomoci numerických modelů, na základě stoprocentní kontroly výstupních dat stanovit, případně upravit postupy svařování tak, aby u obtížně svařitelných materiálů (například aluminid železa, litina atd.) nedocházelo ke vzniku trhlin z důvodu příliš veliké vnitřní napjatosti a to jak v průběhu svařování, tak i v průběhu chladnutí.
