Description
  • This paper deals with the intensification possibilities of injection moulds cooling by capillary heat pipe and with material of shape parts of injection mould on the basis of copper alloys (Ampcoloy and Moldmax). Next there is a way of temperature fields spreading in the surrounding of shaping parts of injection mould, which depends on the way of cooling system. There are also evaluated the mechanical properties of injection part and study of its morphology by the microtom’s slices in the polarized light, differential scanning calorimetry method and X-ray diffraction (small angle X-ray scattering and wide angle X-ray scattering ).

  • P ísp vek se zabývá možnostmi intenzifikace chlazení vst ikovacích forem kapilární tepelnou trubici a materiálem tvarových ástí vst ikovací formy na bázi slitin m di (Ampcoloy and Moldmax). Hodnocen je zp sob rozložení teplotních polí v okolí tvarových ástí vst ikovací formy v závislosti na zp sobu temperace, mechanické vlastnosti výst iku a jejich morfologie studiem mikrotomových ez v polarizovaném sv tle, metodou diferenciální kompenza ní kalorimetrie a rentgenografií.
