  • Naše práce je zaměřena na studium povrchové voloné energie tenkých vrtsev TiO2 vyloučených plazmaticky podporovanou chemickou depozicí (PECVD) s různými mdepozičními parametry. Pozorovali jsme změny polárních a disperzních složekj povrchové volné energie indukované UV zářením. Složky byly specifikovány kontaktním úhlem s použitím Kaelbleho metody pro jeho vyhodnocení.Kontaktní úhel byl měřen kapkovou zkouškou. U všech polárních složek povrchové energie byl po ozáření UV na vybraných tenkých vrstvách TiO2 naměřen vzrůst. Existovala nepřímá závislost mezi změnami složek a fitokatalytickou aktivitou tenkých vrstev TiO2. (cs)
  • Our work is focused on study of the surface free energy of TiO2 thin films, deposited byPlasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) with different deposition parameters. Weobserved the change of the polar and dispersion components of the surface free energy inducedby the UV irradiation. Components were specified by contact angle using Kaelble´s methods for itsevaluation. Contact angle was measured by the drop test. All polar components of the surface freeenergy measured on the selected TiO2 thin films were higher after UV illumination. There was nodirect dependence between change of the components and TiO2 thin films photocatalytic activity.
