  • Aluminid železa s přísadou céru vyniká vysokou korozní odolností a nízkou cenou materiálu. Lze tedy aluminid železa použít pro konstrukční prvky ve sklářství. Byly provedeny laboratorní zkoušky v roztaveném sodno-draselném a olovnatém skle.Korozní odolnost aluminidu železa byla porovnávána s odolností korozivzdorné oceli v obou skelných taveninách. Korozní odolnost byla stanovena měžením hmostnostních výtěžků, chemickou analýzou povrchové vrstvy, změnou drsnosti a mikrostrukturou. Důležitým parametrem je též pozorování zabarvení skla po interakci se slitinami. (cs)
  • Iron aluminide with cerium additive excels in high corrosion resistance and low material cost. Therefore iron aluminide is possible to use for constructional elements in glass making. The laboratory tests were carried out in soda-potash molten glass and molten lead crystal. The corrosion resistance of iron aluminide was compared with stainless steel in both molten glasses. The corrosion resistance was determined by measurement of weight gains, chemical analysis of surface layer, change of roughness and microstructure. The important parameter is also observation of the glass tinting after interaction with alloys.
