  • Tenké filmy TiO2 byly připraveny PECVD technikou z par Titanium-Viso--propoxidu ve směsi skyslíkem při různých teplotách. Filmy byly vyloučeny na substrátech se systémem speciálních platinových elektrod a na sleněném substrátu. U filmů byly vyhodnoceny absorpční spektra ve viditelné oblasti světla,fotokunduktivita a kapacitance při různé vlhkosti, fotokatalytická aktivita za UV záření a povrchová morfologie. Výsledky ukázaly, že fotokonduktivita je ovlivněna vlhkostí a je spojena s fotokatalytickou aktivitou. (cs)
  • TiO2 thin films were prepared by PECVD technique from vapors of Titanium{IViso--propoxide mixed with oxygen at different temperatures. The films were deposited onsubstrates with system of special platinum electrodes and on glass substrates. Absorptionspectra in the visible light region, photoconductivity and capacitance at different humidity,photocatalytic activity under UV irradiation and surface morphology were evaluated onthe films. The results revealed that the photoconductivity is in°uenced by humidity andis connected to the photocatalytic activity.
