  • V posledních letech tenký film oxidu titaničitého vzbudil velkou pozornost pro své jedinečné vlastnosti, které jej předurčují peo high-tech aplikace.Velmi slibné je použití tenkého filmu oxidu titaničitého jako fotokatalytických samočistících vrstev. Několik prací bylo věnováno vyšetření fotokatalytické redukce různých modelových chemikálií.Tao fotokatalytická aktivita je hlášena ve spojení se zvýšením povrchové energie filmu. Naše práce je zaměřena na studium hydrofilnosti TIOx tenkých filmů vyloučených PECVD připravených s různými depozičními parametry. Hydrofilnost je důležitá a zajímavá vlastnost fotokatalytických filmů. Míra hydrofilnosti je charakterizována kontaktním úhlem měřeným drop-ping testem. Výsledné hodnoty kontaktního úhlu vykazují vysokou hydrofilnost tenkých filmů po dopadu UV záření. Byla též studována závislost hydrofilnosti na uplynulém časepo UV ozáření. Hydrofilnost filmů je porovnávána s jejich chemickou aktivitou. (cs)
  • In recent years, titanium dioxide thin film has attracted great attention because of its unique properties, which predestinate them towide high-tech applications. Very promising is application of titaniumdioxide thin films as photocatalytic self-cleaning layers. Several works has been done to investigate photocatalytic reduction of variousmodel chemicals. This photocatalytic activity is reported to connectedwith enhancement of the surface energy of the film. Our work is focused on study of hydrophility of TiOx thin films deposited by Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) prepared with different deposition parameters. Hydrophility is important and interesting property of photocatalytic thin films. The rate of hydrophility is characterized by contact angle measured by dropping test.
