  • Oxid titaničitý byl zkoumán jako polovodičivý fotokatalyzátor pro jeho různé aplikace. např. jako optické filmy, fotochemické solární články, fotokatalytické a plynové senzory.Od Fujishimova a Hondova objevu fotokatalytického štěpení vody na TiO2 elektrodách v roce 1972, aplikace TiO2 filmů jsou velmi slibné jako fotokatalytické samočistící vrstvy.Wang et al. již dříve ohlásili, že ultrafialové záření TiO2 povrchů může tvořit hydrofilní povrch, což je označováno jako super-hydrofilnost [1]. Původně méně hydrofobní TiO2 povrch se stává vysoce hydrofilní (super-hydrofilní) svojí band-gap excitací slbým ultrafialovbým zářerním a postupně se mění na méně hydrofilní ve tmě [2].Fotokatalytická aktivita je hlášena ve spojení se zvýšenou povrchovou energií filmů. Naše práce je zaměřena na studium hydrofilnosti TIOx tenkých filmů vyloučených PECVD připravených s různými depozičními parametry. Míra hydrofilnosti je charakterizována kontaktním úhlem měřeným dropping testem... (cs)

Since Fujishima and Honda discovered the photocatalytic splitting of water on TiO2 electrodes in 1972, TiO2 thin films applications are very promissing as photocatalytic self-cleaning layers.Wang et al. recently reported that ultraviolet illumination of TiO2 surfaces could produce a highly hydrophilic surface, which was denoted as super-hydrophilicity. [1] The originally less hydrophobic TiO2 surface becomes highly hydrophilic (super-hydrophilic) by its band-gap excitation via UV light irradiation and gradually reverts to originally less hydrophilic in the dark. [2]Photocatalytic activity is reported to connect with enhancement of surface energy of films...
