| - Plazmaticky nanesené tvrdé povlaky byly zavedeny jako ochrannéa otěruvzdorné povlaky na ocelových částech strojů nebo řezných nástrojích.Použití tvrdých povlaků na měkkých materiálech je provázeno problémy s prolomením povlaku, když je namáhán nad mezní hodnotu. Tento jev omezuje použítí tvrdých povlaků vyloučených na měkkých materiálech pouze na některé speciální aplikace jako např. opticky propustné vrstvyvyloučené polykarbonátové fólii jako povlak odolný proti poškrábání.Náš výzkum byl věnován vyšetřování chování tvrdých a otšruvzdorných povlaků vyloučených na niklových substrátech , které jsou alternativním materiálem prokonstrukce forem pro díly z plastů. Byly zkoumány vlastnosti TiN povlaků připravených magnetronovýmnaprašováním, DLC a W{C:H plazmou podporovaným nanášením z plynné fáze (PECVD),WC elektroerozivní depozicí a TiOx atmosferickým plazmovým hořákem...
