Description
| - Plazmochemické procesy např. během vylučování tenkých filmů jsou velde uíontového a elektronobvého stavu též ovlivněny stavem neutrálního plynu. Vizualizaci hustoty nehomogenit lze provést refrakčními metodami. Kvantitaivní analýza takových obrazů je komlipovaná, jelikož refrakce závisí na parciální derivaci indexu lomu. Jako první krok při snaze vyšetřit některé parametry plynu a plazmy ve vztahu k indexu lomu jsme formulovali rovniceumožňující účinné počítačové modelování takových obrazů od ních odvozených inverzních vzorců založených na Abelocě transformaci pro válcověsouměrné transparentní objekty. Inverzní Abelova transformace nemůže být použita přímo, jelikož parciální derivace zlomu indexu lomu je radiálně souměrná.Na základě odvozených vzorců byly vyvinuty kódové modelové obrazy pro definované vnitřní podmínky plazmy.
