  • Fotokatalytické filmy na bázi oxidů titanu a jejich aplikace jsou v posledních letech předmětem rostoucího zájmu.Vlastnosti těchto filmů jsou významně ovlivňovány použitými depozičními metodami Tento článek je zaměřen na měnící se parametry plazmou podprovaného chemického vylučování z plynné fáze (PECVD) a jejich vlivu na výsledný film oxidu titanu. Povlaky byly vytvářeny s měnícím se tlakem, teplotou substrátu a příkonem výboje. Získané vzorky filmů oxidů titanu byly zkoušeny na jejich fotokatalytickévlastnosti. Zkušební metoda je založena na rozkladu modelové organické látky, acid orange 2. Tloušťka filmu byla měřena mechanickým profilérem. (cs)
  • Titanium-oxide based photocatalytic films and their aplication are subject of growing interest in recent years. Properties of these films are significantly influenced by applied deposition methods.This article is focused on varying parametres of plasma ehanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method and their influence on resulting thin titanium oxide film. Depositions were carried out with varying pressure, substrate temperature and discharge power. Resulting samples of titanium-oxide films were testefor their photocatalytic properties. The test method is based on decomposition of model organic substance, acid orange 2, The film thickness was measured by mechanical profiler.
