Description	A part of the contribution deals about the output-oriented society and the corresponding impact affecting individuals in economic, mental and personage spheres. The unemployment results in lowering the economic and social status. The spectrum of expectable negative impacts of the unemployment is very wide. The mechanisms of social legislation should be supported with regards to current world economic depression. The solution can offer a chance for individuals whose need of personage cultivation is a challenge for the sphere of education. Statistical data from the area of unemployment, crime of youth and adult people, secondary criminality leading from drug consumption and other addictive substances in the Czech Republic for the years 2003-2008 were compared and evaluated during this study. Additional data were collected using questionnaire about perception of unemployment problems. Solution of unemployment plays crucial role as a range of possible negative impacts is wide.
