| - Hlavním cílem prezentace je zhodnotit obecnou zkušenost s kvantifikací vstupních parametrů PSA studie a upozornit na některé stereotypy objevující se při odhadu pravděpodobnostních parametrů. Jako konkrétní problém lze uvést odvození frekvencí iniciačních událostí, často založené na zjednodušujícím předpokladu chybějící provozní zkušenosti opravňujícím výhradní užití generických dat vycházející z tvrzení, že specifická data nejsou k dispozici nebo nejsou k dispozici mechanismy pro kombinaci generických a specifických dat. Podobný stav se objevuje i u pravděpodobností vzniku CCF. Platnost %22automatických%22 předpokladů ohledně dostupnosti dat užívaných při kvantifikaci PSA modelu je diskutována v první části příspěvku. V další části jsou podobným způsobem rozebrány některé metodologické otázky (role Bayesovského přístupu v procesu kvantifikace) and možné speciální problémy vznikající při sběru dat (násobná selhání způsobená lidským faktorem). - The main purpose of the contribution is to comment general experience in the field of PSA data collection and to discuss and confront it with some stereotypes appearing sometimes in the approaches to estimation of PSA model parameters. For example, in derivation of initiating event frequencies, generic data sets are used sometimes with a premise that plant specific experience is missing completely or is too rare, without more detailed consideration of real plant data. Similarly, CCF probabilities are based, from time to time, just on generic information transfer. The validity of general %22automatic%22 assumptions has been made a subject of discussion in the first part of the presentation. Besides that, some methodological aspects (the role, Bayesian approach should play in the process of PSA quantification) and potential data collection problems (common cause failures caused by human) are discussed.
