| Description
| - Příspěvek podává informaci o průběhu a výsledcích modernizace programového prostředku pro vyhodnocení (zejména dlouhodobých) následků havárií jaderných zařízení spojených s únikem radioaktivity do životního prostředí. Stávající výpočetní kód HAVAR je inovován, aktualizován a lokalizován na podmínky ČR. Zdokonalení se týká především modelu potravinového řetězce. Je také realizován nový modul, který podporuje proces volby vhodných zemědělských opatření a vyhodnocuje jejich přínos v podobě odvrácené dávky. SW prostředek je určen pro krizový štáb ČR. V ÚJV byla provedena analýza existujících modelů ingesčního řetězce a nových poznatků a dat shromážděných při vyhodnocení následků havárie v Černobylu a její výsledky jsou využity při inovaci a aktualizaci kódu HAVAR. Dále proběhl sběr vstupních dat a jejich lokalizace na okolí JE v ČR. (cs)
- The contribution provides information on modernisation of the SW tool applicable for evaluation of consequences (especially long-term ones) folloving NPP accidents with radioactivity release to the environment. Computer code HAVAR is beeing innovated, updated and localized for surroundings of Czech NPPs. Special emphasis is put on the improvement of the food chain (ingestion) model. The new module supporting decision-making process during selection of appropriate agricultural countermeasures and evaluating their efficiency (averted dose) has been developed. The SW tool is determined for Czech Crisis Centre. Nuclear Research Institute specialists have analysed published ingestion models as well as current data from assessment of the Chernobyl accident. Results of this analysis have been used for innovation and updating of the code HAVAR. Input data related to NPP Dukovany and Temelin surroundings have been collected.
