  • Emanační termická analýza byla použita k charakterizaci povrchů a podovrchových vrstev materiálů na bázi SiC. Výsledky ETA umožnily získat informaci o změnách mikrostruktury a transportních vlastnostech kompozitů SiC/SiCf během ohřevu rozsahu 30-1300°C argonu nebo ve vzduchu. (cs)
