Description	Studie na téma sociální podnik v české minulosti a současnosti navazuje na výzkum v rámci doktorské disertační práce autorky a institucionálního výzkumu FSE. Před rokem 1938 lze konstatovat na území České republiky kvetoucí sociální ekonomiku tak, jak můžeme rozumět demokratickou ekonomiku a sociální podnik pod pojmem družstvo. Po roce 1989 zůstala velká část sociálních funkcí na veřejném sektoru a část byla postupně předávána trhu. Česká družstva se stala %22podniky vlastněnými svými členy a zaměstnanci%22 pod dikcí obchodního zákoníku. Část sociální role družstev převzaly některé nestátní neziskové organizace. Dnes se o zaměstnanost stará aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a v jejím rámci jsou podporovány chráněné dílny, umožňující pracovní integraci handicapovaným osobám. Social enterprises bodies had flourished in area of the Czech Republic before 1938. (Co-operatives can be understood as %22democratic economy%22 as well as %22social enterprises%22. After 1989 a great deal of welfare functions remained to public sector bodies and is promoted through municipally and state agencies. Some part of welfare came to market. Czech co-operatives became %22enterprises owned by members%22 by the Code of Commerce. Some other types of NGO's and enterprises adopt their role. In a great deal, there is a public policy of employment caring of work integration by supporting various private subjects to organize and carry out protected workshops for handicapped.
