Description	This chapter is a contribution to the understanding of general aspects of the phonetic plain of the language. Using linguoculturological approaches, it regards the phonetic linguo-uniques and certains aspects of the perception of the concept %22my own%22 - %22foreign%22 in the primary assessment of speech. It gives examples of phonaesthesia and idiosyncrasy in a binary paradigm of %22my own%22 - %22foreign%22, which are implemented in relation to phenomena of a foreign language and the mother tongue. The author notes the non-universal nature of the concept of (non)euphany - phonaesthesia, and speaks of the need for more theoretical foundation of the analyzed concepts.
