Description	Since the late nineties of the 20th century we meet at elementary schools in the Czech Republic all the time more often the sociological-pedagogical-communication problem caused by the increasing number of pupils for whom the mother tongue is not the Czech. Beyond exceptions, neither educators and other school workers nor temporary students of teacher programs are prepared to solve this problem. Therefore the application for the project from the European Social Fund (ESF) Operational Program %22Education for Competitiveness%22 in the field of university education was submitted. The application was approved and the project called Czech for pupil-foreigners within the scope of teachers' programs innovation in elementary schools is implemented at the Faculty of Education of Purkyne University in Usti nad Labem, Czech Republic.
