Description	The need for the reconstruction of 3D structures from 2D sections or projections is well known. We use the computer experiment to study the problem. First part of the paper gives a basic survey of stereology. Next part shows many examples of possible useof many practical mrphological methods. Models with mainly spherical objects were prepared to study the possibility of at least partial reconstruction of 3D structures from their 2D sections or projections. The importance of some morphological character istics and their review is shown in the paper. In the paper is illustrated the usage of the integral transform method to unfolding the structures. The resultrs of reconstruction of spatial as size distribution of thestructures are presented. The give us the conviction that the methods are widely usable not only for spherical objects. (en) Potřeba rekonstrukce trojrozměrných struktur z dvourozměrných řezů nebo projekcí je dobře známá. Ke studiu tohoto problému je použit počítačový experiment. První část přispěvku uvádí základy stereologie.V další části jsou uvedeny příklady použití některých morfologických metod. Ke studiu se používají modely s převážně kulovými objekty. V článku je ilustrován význam některých morfologických charakteristik a uveden jejich příklad. Dále se ukazuje použití metody integrální transfomace pro rekonstrukci trojrozměrných struktur. Jsou uvedeny výsledky rekonstrukce prostorového rozdělení i rozdělení velikostí. Tyto výsledky nas vedou k přesvědčení o použitelnosti těchto metod i na nekulové objekty.
