Description	This article looks into the issue of an origin and development of czech political conservatism after the Velvet Revolution. It refers to that the real conservatism has never been actually established in our country and it has been only an imitation of certain western models. Above all there was missing and there is still missing the real proper knowledge of history of western conservative political philosophy in our country. Those protagonists in the political environment, who have been supporting conservatism, have acted in a complete contradiction with its fundamental values afterall. (en) Mezi moderním nacionalismem a tímto zemským vlastenectvím je propastný rozdíl. V maďarském originále: Az ún.cseh konzervatívok képmutatások a csimborasszójat a nemzeti múthos való viszonyuk jelentette. Az igazi konzervatizmus az orsághos fűződő hazafiságra épűl - az intézmények és a rend iránti tiszteletre, mégpedig oly módon, ahogy azt Csehországban Szent Vencel hagyománya, Magyarországon a Sent István-i-tradíciio képviseli. A modern nacionalizmus és az orsághoz kötődő patrotizmus között mélységes szakadék tátong.
