Description	Die Frömmigkeit in den religiös oft segregierten böhmischen Städten der Zeit vor 1620 ist zweifelsohne ein ebenso interessantes wie vielschichtiges Thema. Es kann zum einen aus der Sicht der Frömmigkeitsäuβerungen des Einzelnen erfasst werden, mit einer Fokussierung auf die Glaubenszeugnisse der jeweiligen Berger. Es ist aber auch möglich, diesel Thema unter der Perspektive der städtischen Gemeinschaft in unrer Funktion als einer religiösen Gemeinde in den Blick zu nehmen, wofür sich die religiösen und Literatenbrudrschaften anbieten. Am Beispiel ausgewählter königlicher Städte Nordwestböhmens wurde gezeigt, dass für eine ähnlich angelegte Untersuchung auch bürgerliche Testamente herangezogen werden können. The study is based on the analysis of burgesses´testaments of royal towns such as Louny, Litoměřice, Žatec or Ústí nad Labem in the North-western Bohemia in the context of further research of testaments in this particular period in Bohemia. The testaments are studied from the perspective of a religious life of a burgess or a burgesses in the context of a whole municipal community. View of a religious life is presented on the basis of legacies bestowed to church institutions but it also involves legacies to religious and litearary fraternities and legacies of a charity character aiming to guarantee donatorś well-being after his/her death.
