Description	Der Beitrag versucht, die neuen Funde und Erkenntnisse zur Spätantike und Völkerwanderungszeit in Böhmen zusammenzufassen. Die Friedenhain-Přešťovice-Gruppe wird hier neu interpretiert als lokale Einwicklung allgemein elbgermanischer Keramiktraditionen. Für Südböhmen sind (suebische) Einflüsse aus dem mittleren Donauraum in spätrömischer Zeit hervorzuheben. Besonders wichtig ist auch das Aufkommen der charakteristischen Keramik des Typs Friedenhain-Přešťovice im Gebiet der Vinařice-Gruppe Nordböhmens. Die Vinařice-Gruppe entwickelt sich während des 5. Jahrhunderts zu einem bedeutenden Machtzentrum mit Bezügen in das untere Maintal während der Stufe D2b. Eine ethnische Zuschreibung ist im Falle der Vinařice-Gruppe jedoch problematisch. Gegen Ende des 5. Jahrhunderts ist ein Niedergang der Friedhöfe der Vinařice-Gruppe zu verzeichnen. Diese Entwicklung kann mit einem generellen Prozess verbunden werden, der allgemein in den elbgermanischen Gebieten stattgefunden hat und der mit dem Aufstieg des Thüringerreichs und der langobardischen Wanderung zusammenhängt. In Bezug auf die böhmisch-baiovarischen Beziehungen kann man zwei Phasen des Kontakts konstatieren: Die erste Phase kann in spätrömische Zeit datiert werden. Die zweite Stufe ist enger verbunden mit der Formierung der baiovarischen Identität und fällt in die Merowingerzeit. The article summarizes new finds and knowledge of Late Antiquity and the Migration Period in Bohemia. The Friedenhain-Přešťovice Group and its pottery is newly interpreted here as a local variant of the general Elbe Germanic tradition. Suebian influences from the Central Danube region in South Bohemia in the late Roman Period can be emphasized. Of great importance is also the presence of the Friedenhain-Přešťovice ceramics in the area of the so called Vinařice Group in northern half of Bohemia. The Vinařice Group developed into an important centre of power during the 5th century A.D. maintaining contacts with the lower Main river region in the stage D2b. However, ascribing the ethnic belonging of this cultural group is problematic. The decline of cemeteries of this group occurred at the end of the 5th century A.D. This process can be connected with the general development in the regions of the Elbe Germanic population and also with the increase of Thuringian power and the Lombards migration. We can observe also two stages of contacts between Bohemia and Bavaria: the first one comes within the late Roman Period and the second one is connected with forming of the Baiovarian identity and can be dated to the Merovingian Period.
