Description
  • We realized complex association analysis of the SNP markers CSN3, CSN2, DGAT1 and Pit-1 genes at livestock in relation to selected milk performance parameters (average daily milk yield, protein, fat and lactose content, SCC). For this purpose, haploid allelic (HA) combinations predicted via algorithm following individual allele frequency of each SNPs in population were employed. Analysis of the joined HA combinations effect revealed statistically significant effect on all screened parameters. Significantly the highest milk yield (30.36 l) was estimated for the A-A-K-A2 combination, the highest fat content (4.25 %) for the B-A-K-A2, the highest protein content (3.43 %) at B-B-K-A2, the lowest lactose content for A-A-A-A2 (4.90 %) and the lowest log SCC value (1.65 thous./ml) at B-B-K-A2 (CSN3-Pit-1-DGAT1-CSN2). As compared with individual SNPs effect, the application of joined analysis of tested SNPs enabled to interpret a larger part of genetic basement for screened parameters. (en)
  • Uskutočnili sme komplexnú asociačnú analýzu SNP markerov génov CSN3, CSN2, DGAT1 a Pit-1 na parametre mliečnej úžitkovosti skotu (priemerná denná dojivosť, obsah proteínov, tuku, laktózy, počet SB). K tomuto účelu boli použité haploidné alelické (HA) kombinácie SNPs, predikované algoritmicky na základe individuálnej frekvencie alel v populácii. Analýza spojitého efektu HA kombinácií odhalila štatisticky významný efekt na všetky skúmané parametre. Signifikantne najvyššia dojivosť (30,36 l) bola stanovená pre HA kombináciu A-A-K-A2, najvyšší obsah tuku (4,25 %) pre B-A-K-A2, najvyšší obsah proteínov (3,43 %) pre B-B-K-A2, najnižší obsah laktózy pre A-A-A-A2 (4,90 %) a najnižšia hodnota log SCC (1,65 tis./ml) u B-B-K-A2 (CSN3-Pit-1-DGAT1-CSN2). V porovnaní s efektom individuálnych SNPs, aplikácia spojitej analýzy testovaných SNPs umožňovala interpretovať väčšiu časť genetického založenia sledovaných znakov.
