| Description
| - Objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of the superovulatory treatment on ovary response and the quality of the flushed embryos. Superovulation was induced with twice application of PGF2α in 11-days intervals, followed by FSH administration (twice daily within 4 days). Non-chirurgical recovery of embryos was conducted every 7th day after the 1st insemination by the standard method. There was evaluated the number of corpus lutheum (CL) on both ovary by rectal palpation. Donors were separated into groups based on numbers of CL subsequently: 1st group n=16 donors with 1-5 CL; 2nd group n=32 donors with 5-10 CL; 3rd group n=27 donors with more than 10 CL. Further, the quality of all flushed embryos was analyzed. Average number of suitable/total embryos was 1.44/1.94, 4.25/7.25, 7.15/12.74 in the first, second and third group respectively. - Cílem bylo zhodnotit úspěšnost superovulačního ošetření na odezvu a kvalitu získaných embryí. Superovulační ošetření zahrnovalo PGF2alfa v 11- denních intervalech, následně ošetření FSH (dvakrát denně během 4 dnů). Výplach embryí byl proveden 7. den po první inseminaci standardní metodou. Hodnotili jsme počet CL rektálně. Dárci byli rozdělení do skupin podle počtu CL . Dále byla sledována kvalita všech získaných embryí. Průměrné množství vhodných/celkem embryí byla 1.44/1.94, 4.25/7.25, 7.15/12.74 v jednotlivých skupinách.
