  • Standartní protokol pro transformaci lnu byl upraven na základě porovnání vlivu různých koncentrací celulázy a pektinázy při kokultivaci hypokotylů s Agrobacteriem, nesoucím konstrukt s vloženým genem pro zvýšenou akumulaci těžkých kovů. Efektivita transformace byla porovnávána na základě GUS zabarvení explantátů po 3 týdnech od kokultivace pomocí obrazové analýzy. Na základě statistického hodnocení výsledků obrazové analýzy byla vyhodnocena jako neefektivnější koncentrace 200mg/l celulázy. (cs)
  • Standard protocol for the transformation of flax has been adjusted by comparing the effect of different concentrations cellulase and pectinase in hypocotyl cocultivation with Agrobacterium, bearing the construct with an inserted gene for the increased accumulation of heavy metals. Efficiency of transformation was compared on the basis of GUS expression on explants after 3 weeks from cocultivation using image analysis. Based on the statistical evaluation of the results of image analysis was evaluated as the most efficiency concentration of 200mg / l cellulase.
