Description	This research report was prepared in frame of the program 19.2 of DOE – NRI LVR-15 Reactor HEU-LEU Conversion - Irradiation Test Project and should serve as a final report from one of its phases marked as 19.2. The chapter 19.2 was aimed at the study of the possible consequences of HEU to LEU transition for the Boron Capture Neutron Therapy epithermal neutron beam and its operation. Theoretical calculations and experimental measurements are describe in the document and all issues of the task 19.2 are answered and conclusions drawn.
