| - Autor se zaměřuje na poznatky, které lze pro teorii výchovy načerpat z psychoanalýzy, individuální či analytické psychologie a návazných terapeutických postupů. Osvětluje, jak mohou přispět k pochopení výchovných jevů i socializačních poruch a k účinné prevenci. Text popisuje vznik a rozvoj příslušných psychologických teorií a jejich vliv na vývoj pedagogického myšlení u nás. Po roce 1990 lze pozorovat silné oživení zájmu o tuto problematiku. Užívání psychoanalytických metod a terapeutických postupů výchovnými pracovníky, kteří nejsou pro tyto činnosti profesně vybaveni, však může mít velmi nežádoucí účinky. Stať se zabývá možnostmi a limity využití metod odvozených z psychodynamických přístupů ve výchově a při vzdělávání. Text nastiňuje podstatu a smysl terapeutického výcviku, supervize a Balintovských skupin. Autor poukazuje na možný význam pro pedagogické pracovníky činné v oblasti institucionální výchovy, ve školských poradenských a preventivně výchovných službách apod. Závěrem charakterizuje shody i rozdíly mezi výchovou a psychoterapií, rolemi terapeuta a učitele. (en)
- The author focuses on the insights that the theory of education can draw from psychoanalysis, individual or analytical psychology and associated therapeutic techniques. He explains how they can contribute to an understanding of educational phenomena, disorders of socialisation and their effective prevention. The text describes the origins and development of the relevant psychological theories and their influence on the evolution of educational thought in our country. After 1990 we can observe a strong revival of interest in these themes. On the other hand, the use of psychoanalytical methods and therapeutic techniques by educational workers who are not equipped for these activities can have very undesirable effects. The essay looks at the possibilities and limits of the exploitation of methods derived from psychodynamic approaches in upbringing and education. It outlines the basis and rationale of therapeutic training, supervision and Balint Groups. The author suggests its potential importance for educational workers active in the field of institutional education, in school advisory and preventive educational services and so on. Finally he characterises the similarities and the differences between education and psychotherapy, the roles of the therapist and the teacher.
