| - Cílem řešení projektu NAZV QG 60130 „Minoritní plodiny pro specifické využití v potravinářství“ je rozšíření diverzity pěstovaných plodin v ČR a jejich vhodné využití. Předmětem řešení jsou minoritní druhy zemědělských plodin: obiloviny, luskoviny a olejniny. V příspěvku je pozornost zaměřena na minoritní druhy luskovin. U nových genotypů všech druhů jsou hodnoceny důležité agronomické a morfologické znaky, způsoby pesticidní ochrany a je zpracovávána metodika pro jejich pěstování. Z hlediska využití v potravinářství je hlavní pozornost zaměřena na hodnocení nutriční kvality, vývoj nových výrobků, jejich nutriční a dietetické zhodnocení pro rozšíření sortimentu dietních a zdravých potravin. Na závěr projektu budou navrženy technologické postupy základního zpracování i receptury dietních pokrmů. Z hlediska pěstování minoritních plodin lze doporučit obiloviny (bezpluché ovsy a pšenice jednozrnky), které dobře snášejí jarní sucha a nejsou tak atraktivní pro zvěř jako luskoviny. - Genetic resources of minor crops are studied within the project QG 60130 „Minor crops for specific use in food industry“, financed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic.
