Description
  • Collecting expeditions that have been carried out since 1993 to present are reviewed. The survey of collected seed and vegetative samples is outlined. All the collected seed samples have been cleaned, stored in the working collection and small ones are regenerated. The seed samples of sufficient size are stored in the Gene Bank in the Crop Research Institute in Prague. They are used in linking projects and for the restoration of the local populations of endangered plant species.

  • V příspěvku je uveden přehled sběrových expedic, které proběhly od roku 1993 do roku 2006. Je uveden přehled sebraných semenných a vegetativních vzorků. Všechny sebrané semenné vzorky jsou čištěny, uloženy v pracovních kolekcích a malé vzorky jsou regenerovány. Semenné vzorky o dostatečné velikosti jsou ukládány v genové bance ve Výzkumném ústavu rostlinné výroby v Praze-Ruzyni. Vzorky jsou využívány v navazujících projektech a při obnově lokálních populací ohrožených rostlinných druhů. (cs)
