  • Biosenzory založené na imobilizati Fotosystému II (PSII) byly použity jako efektivní nástroj pro detekci photosynthetických herbicidů. Tato studie je zaměřena na procedůru biosenzorového stanovení ve srovnání se standardní řašovou inhibičními testy (EN ISO 8692:2004) několika hrbicidů - diuron, atrazin a isoproturon. Stanovení bylo provedeno použitím elektrochemického biosenzorového analyzátoru toxicity obsahujícího tříelektrodový senozoru s imobilizovaným PSII. (cs)

As far as we know, none of them has shown the comparison with the standard growth inhibition test. This study is focused to biosensor assay procedure compared to the standard algal growth inhibition test (EN ISO 8692:2004) of several herbicides - diuron, atrazin and isoproturon.
