  • Směs portlandského cementu (PC) s 25 hm. % mleté vysokopecní strusky (BFS) byla modifikována superplastifikátory (SP) na bázi PCE. Jednalo se o dva SP, kdy jeden byl tekutý a druhý práškový. Sledoval se vliv různých dávek SP při různých vodních součinitelích. Měření byla prováděna na vzorcích past a malt. Pomocí RTG difrakčních analýz byl pozorován vliv PCE SP na fázové složení past po 2 a 28 dnech zrání vzorku. Z hlediska reologických vlastností byly sledovány vhodné dávky obou SP s ohledem na rozlití na Heagermanově stolku. Změny viskozity při různých dávkách SP byly měřeny na rotačním viskozimetru. Hydratační vlastnosti byly pozorovány pomocí kalorimetru v semiadiabatickém režimu po dobu 24 hodin. Byly stanoveny teploty maxima, doba dosažení maxima hydratace a celkové hydratační teplo pro různé dávky SP. Dále se sledoval vliv SP na vývoj pevností malt v tlaku a v tahu za ohybu po 1, 2, 28 a 90 dnech. (cs)
  • Blend of Portland cement (PC) and 25 wt. % of ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) was modfied by superplasticizers (SP) based on polycarboxylate ether (PCE). It included liquid SP and powder SP. The influence of variable dosage and water/cement (w/c) ratio was measured. The measurement was made on cement pastes and mortars. X-ray diffraction was used to reveal the influence of SP on phase composition after 2 and 28 days of hydration. Rheological properties of modified cement were measured by slump tests and changes of viscosity according to variable dosage of SP were monitored by rotation viscometr. Hydration heat was measured by calorimeter in semiadiabatic regime for 24 hours. Tmax., time of Tmax. and bulk hydration heat for various doses of SP were determined. Furthemore the influence of SP on compressive and tensile strength after 1, 2, 28 a 90 days of hydration was monitored.
