| - Byly provedeny polní pokusy s testováním šlechtitelských linií ozimé a jarní pšenice pro firmu SELGEN a.s. s celkovým počtem 72 ozimých a 29 jarních pšenic včetně kontrol. Pokusy byly rozděleny do 3 souborů ozimé pšenice označených MPZ-A, MPZ-B a MPZ-C a jednoho souboru jarní pšenice. Každá linie byla vyseta do 4 parcel o velikosti 10 m2 znáhodněle. V pokuse byla u 1. a 2. opakování provedeno základní hnojení bez ošetření fungicidy a morforegulátory, 3. a 4 opakování bylo provedeno při vyšší intenzitě agrotechniky – zvýšené hnojení, fungicidy a morforegulátor. Během vegetace byly hodnoceny základní šlechtitelské charakteristiky. Po sklizni byly získány výnosové charakteristiky a charakteristiky zrna. Výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulek a odeslány na pracoviště zadavatele. Tyto výsledky jsou součástí širší pokusné sítě většího počtu pokusných míst.

- Field experiments were carried out with breeding lines of winter and spring wheat of the SELGEN j.s.c. breeding company. It was tested 72 winter and 29 spring wheat lines, including control varieties. The experiments with winter forms were divided into three groups labelled MPZ-A, MPZ-B and MPZ-C, and one group of spring forms. Each line was seeded randomly into 4 plots with area 10 m2. In the experiment were used two levels of agronomy practise. In the first and second replication were used basic fertilisation without fertilisation and morphoregulator. In the third and fourth replication were used intensive variant with higher level of nitrogen fertilisers and with fungicides and morphoregulator. The basic breeding characteristics were evaluated during the vegetation period. It were evaluated the yield characters and basic grain parameters. The results were summarized in tables and sent to the workplace authority. These results are part of a larger number of tested places. (en)
