  • Commercial wheat quality was studied in relation to wheat classes. Samples of Czech wheat from the four crop years (2003 to 2006) and three locations included varieties of different technological quality according to the Czech classification system. Together thirteen parameters were measured for each sample, including characteristics of grain, flour, fermented dough, and bread. Values of majority measured traits differed softly between B and C locality, while samples quality from region A was provably better. Protein characteristics indicated significant proportion of high-quality varieties planted in region A. Cluster analysis based on all measured characteristic described the effect of both locality and crop year. Proximity of wheats from A and C localities were revealed in crops 2004, 2005 and 2006, while crop year affected technological quality of commercial wheat into crops 2003 and 2006.

  • Byl studován vztah kvality komerčních pšenic a jejich tříd. Vzorky českých pšenic ze čtyř let (2003 až 2006) a tří lokalit zahrnovaly odrůdy různé technologické kvality podle českého klasifikačního systému. Pro každý vzorek bylo měřeno celkem třináct parametrů zahrnujících vlastnosti zrna, mouky, fermentovaného těsta a pečiva. Hodnoty většiny měřených znaků se nevýznamně lišily mezi lokalitami B a C, zatímco kvalita vzorů z oblasti A byla průkazně lepší. Ukazatele pro bílkoviny naznačily významný podíl velmi kvalitních odrůd pěstovaných v oblasti A. Shluková analýza založená na všech měřených znacích popsala vliv lokality a ročníku. Blízkost pšenic z lokalit A a C byla pozorována v letech 2004, 2005 a 2006, zatímco ročník ovlivnil technologickou kvalitu komerčních pšenic v letech 2003 a 2006. (cs)
