Description	Nové šlechtitelské materiály, které byly vytvořeny v průběhu studia a řešení problematiky bezpluchého ječmene v České republice se odlišují souborem chemických a fyzikálních charakteristik nejen od pluchatých, ale i od mnohých zahraničních registrovaných bezpluchých odrůd. Rozpracování vhodných zpracovatelských technologií , které by umožnily maximální využití nutřičně významných složek bezpluchého zrna je tak jedním z předpokladů efektivního uplatnění tohoto netradičního ječmene. (cs) New breeding materials of hulless barley developed during the study and solving problems of this crop in CR differ in chemical and physical characteristics not only from covered, but as well as from numerous registered hulless cultivars. Elaboration of appropriate processing technologies that would provide maximum use of nutritionally important components of hulless grain is one of pre-requisities of effective applications of this non-traditional barley.
