  • Bylo analyzováno 22 odrůd hrušní. Většina z nich byla testována v testech stlačení (metodou zátěž-uvolnění) mezi dvěma plochými pevnými destičkami, tak aby bylo možno určit citlivost jednotlivých odrůd vůči stlačení. Analýza obdržených výsledků ukázala,že z pohledu mechaniky roste citlivost vůči otlačení jak s klesajícím stupněm elasticity tak se ztrátou hysteréze. Protože spolu oba parametry negativně korelují byla definována nová spolehlivá mechanická veličina jako hodnota odrůdové odolnosti vůči otlačení: Harmonický index otlačitelnosti (BHI 0,5)-průměrná hodnota ztráty hysteréze a stupně elasticity při formování otlačených míst o velikosti 0,5 cm3.   • Pears of 22 varieties were analysed, most of them tested in loading-unloading compression tests between two flat rigid plates to determine variety sensitivity to bruising. The analysis of the obtained results shows that from a mechanical point of view, the susceptibility of the fruit to bruising increases with both the decreasing degree of fruit elasticity and hysteresis losses. Because both the parameters are negatively correlated a new suitable mechanical parameter was defined as a measure of the variety resistance to bruising: Bruising harmonic index (BHI 0,5) the harmonic mean value of characteristic hysteresis losses and degree of elasticity at formation of bruise spots of 0.5 cm3 in volume.
