Description
| - The aims of our research were to evaluate energy fluxes and partitioning energy under summer conditions and to determine the difference between wet meadow and agricultural crops in their distribution of solar energy. The research locality is situated in Trebon Basin Biosphere Reserve, in the southern part of Bohemian region, Czech Republic. The dataset were collected during three growing seasons of 2008, 2011 and 2012 when the evaporation rates are high. Five ecosystems were chosen for this study (wet meadow and wheat in 2008, corn, wheat and meadow in 2011 and rapeseed and meadow in 2012). Evapotranspiration rates and energy fluxes were estimated from micrometeorological data collected by Bowen ratio method. The energy fluxes were evaluated for sunny days (daily shortwave incoming radiation over 6 kWhm-2)
