Description	Člověk hospodaří s vodu a vegetací a tím usměrňuje toky sluneční energie. Zdůrazněna je klíčová úloha hospodáře v krajině při tlumení extrémů klimatu a ovlivňování vodního režimu. Komplexita a dynamických procesů disipace energie v oběhu vody nesmí vest k opomíjení jejich zásadní důležitosti pro prevenci klimatických extrémů a prevenci stárnutí krajiny. Ukázány jsou metody měření a monitoringu toků nergie a vody. Prezentována jsou data z České republiky a Austrálie (cs) Mankind´s role in steering the solar energy fluxes by managing water and influencing vegetation is described. The key role of landscape managers in mitigating the local climate extremes and influencing water regime is stressed. The complexity of dynamic processes of energy dissipation in water cycle does not allow us to forget the importance of water in preventing the climatic extremes and the aging of landscape. Methods of measurements and monitoring of energy and water fluxes are shown. Data from the Czech Republic and Australia are presented and compared.
