  • Fotobioreaktor na kultivaci řas byl vyvinut a je testován v Akademickém Centru v Nových Hradech ( Jižní Čechy). Multifunkční zařízení je namontováno na střeše pod úhlem 40° s jižní orientací. Je to ?inteligentní? žaluzie s lineárnimi Fresnelovými čočkami. Čočky jsou zabudované v střeše jako izolační dvojsklo. Řasová suspenze protéká skleněnýma trubicemi, které jsou přichycené k pohyblivému rámu, umístněné 400 mm pod čočkami, kde se nachází ohnisko čoček. Na systéme se kontinuálně měří: teplota, pH, koncentrace kyslíku a turbidita ( hustota suspenze). Řasová suspenze je udržovaná na teplotách v rozmezí 30 ? 40 °C. tento ?žaluziový? systém snižuje množství přímé radiace proniklé do interiéru, produkuje řasy a ohříva TUV. (cs)

The multipurpose photobioreactor is mounted in a south-facing roof (slope of 40o) with an intelligent louver consisting of glass linear Fresnel lenses. The Fresnel lenses are constructed as an insulation sealed, safe double-glass sandwich (k = 1,3 W m-2 K-1). Algal suspension flows in tubes mounted on a mobile metallic frame located in high-irradiance layer about 400-mm under the illumination lens system. The following parameters are monitored continuously: temperature, pH, concentration of oxygen and turbidity (density of algal suspension). The temperature of the algal suspension is kept between 30 and 40 oC using system of three reservoirs of different temperatures. The system serves as a louver reducing direct solar radiation into the interior and producing algal biomass and heated service water.
