| - V pokuse provedeném na čtyřech vysokoprodukčních laktujících holštýnských dojnicích byl sledován vliv doplňku leucinu, podávaného ve formě ruminálně chráněných tablet na množství a složení mléka. Pokus byl proveden ve formě „cross-over“ designu, kde byla 2 dojnicím podávaná kontrolní dieta (C) a zbývajícím 2 pak pokusná směs s doplňkem leucinu (Leu). Pokus byl rozdělen do 4 period, každá v délce 14 dní, přičemž 11 dní bylo přípravné období a 3 dny experimentální období. Dojnice byly krmeny ad libitum krmnou dávkou složenou z kukuřičné siláže, vojtěškového sena a doplňkové krmné směsi. Tato krmná dávka, deficitní v obsahu Met, Lys a Leu byla dplněna buď Met+Lys (kontolní skupina, C) nebo Met+Lys+Leu (pokusná skupina, Leu). Příjem sušiny, mléčná užitkovost a mléčná užitkovost vyjádřená ve 4% FCM nebyly ovlivněny pokusným zásahem (P>0.05). Procentický obsah proteinu byl vyšší ve skupině Leu (3.32%, P<0.05) ve srovnání s kontrolní skupinou (C, 3.29 %), denní produkce proteinu nebyla statisticky odlišná ( (cs)
- The effect of leucine supplemented in the form of rumen protected tablets on milk yield and composition was determined in the experiment with four high-yielding lactating Holstein cows. The experiment was carried out in the form of “cross-over design” where 2 cows received the control diet (C) and the other 2 received the experimental diet supplemented with leucine (Leu). The experiment was divided into 4 periods of 14 d consisted of 11 d preliminary period and a 3 d experimental period. Cows were fed ad libitum the diet based on corn silage, alfalfa hay and a supplemental mixture. The diet, defficient in Met, Lys, and Leu, was supplemented with either Met+Lys (control group, C) or Met+Lys+Leu (experimental group, Leu). The DMI, milk yield and milk yield expressed in 4% FCM did not differ significantly (P>0.05) between treatments. Milk protein content was higher in the Leu group (3.32%, P<0.05) than in the control group (C, 3.29 %), milk protein yield did not show statistically significant variations
