| - The major aim of the paper was to conduct a sensitivity analysis of the adapted model. We specifically analysed the effects of site and eco-physiological parameters on the modelled state variables (carbon pools in biomass, litter and soil and net primary production (NPP)). The analysis revealed a high sensitivity of all tested variables to the site parameters. Similarly, the tested variables were shown to be highly sensitive to the eco-physiological parameters. Additionally, the whole plant mortality had a high effect on carbon pools, but a small effect on NPP.

- Hlavním cílem práce byla citlivostní analýza modelu BIOME-BGC a jeho adaptace na podmínky hospodářských lesů. Byl analyzován vliv parametrů lokality a ekofyziologických parametrů dřeviny na výstupní proměnné (zásoby uhlíku v biomase, půdě, opadu a primární produkce (NPP). Výsledkem práce je tabulka vlivu jednotlivých parametrů pro listnaté a jehličnaté porosty, včetně parametrů s největším vlivem. V článku jsou též popsány změny modelu v rámci jeho parametrizace pro čtyři hlavní hospodářské dřeviny – smrk, buk, borovice a dub. (cs)
