Description	We present clinical, morphological, immunohistochemical, ultrastructural and genetic features of 20 cases of a peculiar form of pigmented microcystic chromophobe renal cell carcinoma with morphology differing from that of conventional renal cell carcinoma. The important feature of pigmented microcystic chromophobe renal cell carcinoma is a relatively benign biological behavior and the absence of distant metastases and sarcomatoid transfomation. We present clinical, morphological, immunohistochemical, ultrastructural and genetic features of 20 cases of a peculiar form of pigmented microcystic chromophobe renal cell carcinoma with morphology differing from that of conventional renal cell carcinoma. (en) Uvádíme clinické, morfologické, imunohistochemické, ultrastrukturální a genetické vlastnosti 20 případů zvláštní formy pigmentovaného mikrocystického chromofobního karcinomu z renálních buněk, který se mofologicky liší od konvenčního karcinomu z renálních buněk. Důležitou vlastností pigmentovaného mikrocystického chromofobního karcinomu z renálních buněk je relativně benigní biologické chování a chybění metastatického šíření a sarkomatoidní transformace.
