Description	Studovali jsme expresi proteinů hMLH1 a hMSH2 ve 148 normálních vzorcích různých tkání osob bez hereditárního nepolypózního kolorektálního karcinomu a ve 14 vzorcích normální tkáně tlustého střeva pacientů s hereditárním nepolypózním kolorektálním karcinomem. Byla použita imunohistochemie. Bylo zjištěno, že exprese proteinů hMLH1 a hMSH2 je konstitutivně vyšší v určitých typech buněk různých tkání, včetně většiny tkání, které jsou ohroženy zvýšeným rizikem vzniku nádorových onemocnění u pacientů s hereditárním nepolypózním kolorektálním karcinomem. (cs) We studied expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 proteins in 148 normal samples of various tissues from non-hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer patients and in 14 normal colon tissues from hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer patients. Immunohistochemical technique was used. hMLH1/hMSH2 protein expression was found to be constitutively higher in certain cell types of certain tissues, including the majority of tissues that are at increased risk of cancer in hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer patients. We studied expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 proteins in 148 normal samples of various tissues from non-hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer patients and in 14 normal colon tissues from hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer patients.
