Description
  • Pseudoaneurysm of the left ventricle is a serious comlication after myocardial infarction, trauma, myocarditis or other diseases with high tendency for fatal rupture. Early noninvase diagnosis is very important because surgical repair is curative in most patients. The authors describe a patient with pseudoaneurysm that was identified by pseudoaneurysm was resected. The patient remained in good condition for 18 months after the operation and of pseudoaneurysm using radionuclide vetriculography and other noninvasive and invasive diagnostic imaging tests is discussed. Radionuclide ventriculography is easy to perform, noninvasive and safe for the patient.
