Description	62 zears old man suffered myocardial infarction 19 months ago. After echocardiography the cardiologist diagnosed posterior wall pseudoaneurysm of left ventricle. The patient remained on medical treatment. A radionuclide ventruculography cinducted in the left anterior oblique (LAO) projection did not reveal any abnormality - the ejection fraction of the left ventricle was high (61%), there were no regional wall motion abnormalities, high peak ejection rate (3,3 EDV/s). Only peak filling rate was decreased (2,2 EDV/s). However marked abnormalities were detected in the left lateral projection (LL) - large area of dyskinesis in posterobasal segment of the left ventricle (phase shift against normokinetic anterior wall 130 degrees) with narrow circumferential region of askinesis. This finding increased suspicion of pseudoaneurysm. The patient was sent to the Clinic of Cardiosurgery where the patient was operated successfully.
