  • Cílem studie bylo zhodnotit aferetické parametry a kvalitu trombocytů. U 122 dárců jsme provedli 230 MKO: 187 odběrů PLT+ PA a 2 TU PLT na separátoru Haemonetics MCS + a 44 odběrů PLT+PA na separátoru TRIMA Accel. Hodnotili jsme počet PLT celkový objem krve dárce, trvání odběru, odebraný objem, změnu hodnot KO po aferéze, u TP dosažení jakosti a markery poškození u 38 PLT v den skladování 0 a 5. Výsledky: odběry trvaly 43-81 min., odebráno bylo 391 - 548 ml. Predikovaná výtěžnost byla dosažena u 33 odběrů na separátoru TRIMA a u 169 odběrů na separátoru MCS+. U přístroje TRIMA byl významně nižší předodběrový počet PLT u dárce krve a kratší trvání aferézy v porovnání s odběrem PLT 300+PA na přístroji MCS+, rozdíl ve výtěžnosti TP zjištěn nebyl. Trvání odběrů PLT záviselo na předodběrovém počtu PLT Vzestup hodnot pH, LDH a laktátu vyšší byl srovnatelný u PLT z obou separátorů (cs)
  • Aim of this study was to evaluate apheresis parameters and quality of apheresis platelets including storage lesions. In 122 blood donors we completed 230 combined collections PLT: 81 PLT+PA , 48 2 TU PLT and 57 PLT 300+PA with separator Haemonetics MCS + , 36 PLT300+PA with device TRIMA Accel. We evaluated predonate PLT count and TBV in donors, apheresis parameters and predicted yield. Quality parameters of TP and storage lesions in 38 TU PLT were analyzed at the day 0 and 5 of storage. Results: Procedure time was 43-81 min., collected volume was 391-548 ml. The yield was achieved at 33 collections by TRIMA and at 169 by MCS+. At the TRIMA the predonate platelet count was 263 +- 40x109/l, the procedure time (54 +- 2 min) was shorter than at the MCS + (62 +- 8 min.). No difference in the yield of PLT in both type of devices has been shown. We have found no differences between values LDH, lactate and pH in PLT from both separators.
