| - Nové úhlově stabilní implantáty poskytují dostatečnou stabilitu při zachování miniinvazivity výkonu. Současně umožňují časnou aktivní rehabilitaci. V posledních dvou letech byly úhlově stabilní implantáty použity celkem v 47 případech. Hřeb Targon PH byl použit v 35 případech a dlaha Philos pak 12 krát. Soubor zahrnuje celkem 13 mužů a 34 žen s průměrným věkem 59 let (30-87 ). Zlomeniny byly klasifikovány podle Neerovy klasifikace a velká většina z nich byly 3 a 4 úlomkové zlomeniny (71%). Sledovací období bylo od 6 do 14 měsíců s průměrem 9,3 měsíce. U obou technik používáme transdeltoideální přístup.První zkušenosti ukazují, perspektivu obou implantátů v léčbě zlomenin proximálního humeru. Targon PH je méně invazivní než dlaha Philos, což se ukazuje v časné pooperační rehabilitaci. Přibližně kolem 3 měsíců se pak výsledky obou techniky prakticky vyrovnávají. (cs)
- New angular stable implants give possibility of stable osteosyntesis and minimal invasive procedure. They also enable us to start an early intensive physiotherapy.
