Description	The paper presents opinions and basic characteristics of academic teachers – engineers, who have begun taking a course of IGIP in the year 2002. We inquired teachers concerning their reasons of pedagogical education, orientation of their carrier and their working conditions, including reasons for leaving the job. (en) In dem Beitrag werden die Ansichten und Grundcharakteristiken der Hochschulpädagogen präsentiert. Es handelt sich um Lehrer, die an IGIP-Kursen im 2002 teilnahmen. Die Hochschupädagogen wurden gefragt, wie sie die pädagogische Weiterbildung, Jobaussichten und Arbeitsbedingungen beurteilten und welche mögliche Gründe für das Verlassen ihrer Lehrerjobs da wären.
