  • The paper deals with actual marketing conceptions that extend the classic customer orientation approach to other stakeholder groups. The market orientation and the relationship marketing belong to these widely discussed conceptions at present above all. The model of synergic marketing conception, which is based on holistic marketing, offers a possible solution of increasing the ability of companies to react to dynamic changes on industrial markets. The connection of basic and - in many cases - even contradictory principles and policies in one complex, which results from the wide synergic perspective including the relationships with key stakeholders into the marketing management of the company, opens space for companies that wish to co-ordinate marketing and trade activities efficiently. Creating and building long-term relationships and relationship networks with key stakeholders and the market orientation seem to be a good opportunity to provide and increase values provided to target markets by means

  • Příspěvek rozebírá aktuální marketingové koncepce, které rozšiřují klasický pohled zaměřenosti na zákazníka o další skupiny stakeholdrů. Mezi tyto v současnosti nejvíce diskutované koncepce náleží zejména tržní orientace a marketing vztahů. Model synergické marketingové koncepce, který vychází z holistického marketingu, nabízí možné řešení zvýšení schopnosti podniků reagovat na dynamické změny na průmyslových trzích. Spojením základních a v mnoha případech i protichůdných principů a zásad v jednotný celek, který je výsledkem široké synergické perspektivy zahrnující vztahy s klíčovými stakeholdry do marketingového řízení podniku, se vytváří prostor pro podniky, jež chtějí účelně koordinovat své marketingové a obchodní aktivity.Vytváření a budování dlouhodobých vztahů a sítí vztahů s klíčovými stakeholdry a tržní orientace se jeví být vhodnou příležitosti pro poskytování a zvyšování hodnoty (cs)
