Description	Notre intention, dans cet article, est de décrire les aspects stratégiques de la culture organisationnelle des entreprises tchéques sur la base de typologies. Notre enquéte comporte 16 domaines permettant d'identifier la culture de l'organisation au niveau de la perception et du comportement exprimés implicitement á travers les opinions, avis et valeurs partagés dans l'entreprise. Au total, l'ensemble étudié comprenait 54 organisations dans différentes branches d'activité. The paper presents the description of the content of the systematic typology of the strategic aspects of organizational culture of Czech companies. Empirical research maps 16 aspects, which allow to identify the organizational culture on the level of concrete behaviours, beliefs and values shared in companies. The research sample was made up of 54 companies from different areas of industry. (en)
