Description	Příspěvek se zaměřuje na postihnutí současného stavu globalizačního vývoje. Nandnárodní společnosti jsou považovány za hlavní faktor globalizace, ale z ekonomického pohledu je tento pohled daloeko komplikovanější. Do tohoto procesu zasahuje rostoucí internacionalizace Malých a středních firem.Narůstající konkurence na globálním trhu znamená výzvu pro české společnosti využívat efektivněji marketingové principy, které umožní uspokojovat potřeby a požadavky globálního zákazníka. The contribution focuses on the delimitation of the knowledge regarding the current level of the globalization development. Multi-national companies (MCNs´) are considered as the significant factor of globalization, but from the economical point of view is this problem rather complicated. Into the action interferes the growing internationalization of small and medium-sized companies (SMEs´). Growing competitiveness at global markets represents the challenge for the Czech companies in the form of the efffective use of marketing, which reacts to these phenomen by the means of such offers, which would satisfy needs and requirements of the global customers.
